All of our products are hand-crafted and carefully assembled and packaged in a pet-free, allergen-free home.  As a result, in order to guarantee the quality of the item, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  If there is an issue with your item, contact us at daphadillz.designs@gmail.com, and we will try to make every effort to better the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
